When using PromptRanker, you agree not to post content that:

User Content License
By submitting prompts or other content to PromptRanker, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.
Membership and Payments
PromptRanker offers paid membership tiers that grant access to premium content and features. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
- Payment Terms: All membership fees are processed securely through our payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of membership periods.
- Earned Free Membership: Users who qualify for free annual membership through community contributions (e.g., submitting premium prompts or achieving upvote milestones) will have their earned membership commence upon expiry of any existing paid membership. No partial refunds or credits are provided for remaining time on paid plans.
- Access Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke premium access for violations of our terms, responsible use guidelines, or misuse of premium content.
- Membership Benefits: Membership benefits may change over time. We will notify members of significant changes to membership features or access.
Intellectual Property
The PromptRanker platform, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PromptRanker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- User-submitted prompts are accurate, safe, or effective
- Any content will meet your specific needs
Limitation of Liability
PromptRanker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PromptRanker harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
